Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at rhoneprints. Because every poster is printed to order just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar.

We do want you to receive a poster you're happy with, so we will offer a free reprint or a full refund if:

• your order arrives damaged or defective (torn, creased, printed incorrectly, etc.), or
• your order is lost in transit, or
• you received the wrong item.

To report an issue, email us at rhoneneroh@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll get a replacement sent out or issue a refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–10 business days and may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
